Improving Safety Performance
Are there things you wish your employees did better, or more often? Do you constantly look for new ways to motivate safety? Are you tired of gimmicks and games? Would you like to use a systematic approach to identify and correct performance problems?

This workshop will show you how getting desired behavior is a management process that involves engineering and training as well as motivation. After completing the workshop, you will be able to evaluate your current management systems to identify barriers to performance and successful solutions. You will learn how to use rewards and punishment more effectively to get more of the behaviors you want, and how to systematically evaluate performance to improve your results.

Class one in the "Managing Safety for Better Results" series.
