Safety Lecture Series: Best Practices in Safety Management
Supervisors and safety committee members need solid training to contribute effective to the safety program. Way beyond mere compliance, these quick, to-the-point sessions focus on real issues that affect losses and impact the bottom line. Hazard ID & Control Effective safety programs have systems to identify and control hazards before an accident occurs. This workshop reviews several techniques to assess the workplace and identify hazards, including inspections and task hazard analysis, and shows you how to make them more effective. Methods to select controls measures based on effectiveness and cost-efficiency will also be covered. Attendees will leave with tools to help them apply these concepts in their workplace.
