ASC Series - Industrial Hygiene Basics
This course introduces industrial hygiene terminology and principles, as well as practical approaches for recognizing, evaluating and controlling common workplace hazards: chemicals, noise, radiation, thermal stress, and biological and ergonomic stressors. We’ll discuss basic anatomy and physiology, toxicology, hazard control, and recognition and evaluation of chemical, physical, biological and ergonomic hazards.
