The “OSHA 10-hour” course is intended to provide any worker with a basic overview of prominent safety and health hazards that may be encountered throughout the Construction Industry, including an emphasis on safety’s “Fatal Four” (i.e. falls, electrocution, struck-by and caught-between). This course helps field personnel to develop a fundamental competency to recognize and evaluate hazards, identify potential protective measures, and understand various principles and practices. Upon course completion, students will be issued a “10-hour Card” in Construction from the OSHA Training Institute.

NOTE: OSHA recommends anyone having safety and health responsibilities within their organization, including directors, managers, superintendents, project managers, supervisors, foremen, leads, and safety committee members, complete the “OSHA 30-hour in Construction” course.

Virtual Instructor Led Training (VILT) Classes

Per OSHA's Outreach Training Program Requirements for VILT courses, students are required to have video capabilities and must be visible at all times to the instructor and facilitator during the class. Unfortunately, if a student cannot comply with this requirement, they will not be able to attend the class. Students are required to attend all days and times in order to receive an OSHA outreach completion card. Students must use a desktop or laptop to participate. Tablets or phones are not allowed.

Cancellations received prior to 3 business days of the event will receive a full refund. No refunds will be made after three business days prior to the course. This policy will be enforced, so please plan if you need to cancel your attendance.  No refunds will be made on uncancelled registrations or no-shows. Substitutions are accepted at any time. We reserve the right to cancel an event due to low enrollment, or other circumstances which would make the event nonviable. If we cancel an event, registrants will be given a full refund.
